Aivory Gaw
Aivory has experience in brand and digital strategy, working with brands like Nike, L’Oreal, GSK, Apple, Chanel, Rolls Royce, H&M Group, LVMH Group and Westbank. She has an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario and a master's degree with distinction from the London School of Economics.
Aivory has worked client-side at L’Oreal, as an Executive Director of Growth at AKQA, as Chief Brand Officer at Boldspace, and as Global Business Development Director at WPP, overseeing digital marketing, brand experience, innovation and corporate strategy projects. Aivory has been recognised as one of the top 100 business development marketers in the UK and Campaign UK's rising star to watch.
She has served as a judge for WARC creative effectiveness and has spoken at several industry events including IAB, D&AD and Brand Festival.
Across every experience, Aivory has collected a network of highly talented creative specialists who have chosen to pursue a new career of entrepreneurship and flexibility. This is the network she will bring to the studio married with a strong foundation in brand and business strategy.
Jonathan Fok
Jonathan is a medical doctor specializing in public and community health, health policy, and communicable disease control. He served as the Deputy Team Lead for the North West London Health Protection team during the COVID pandemic. With a Master's degree in Epidemiology from Cambridge University, Jonathan also oversaw the surveillance team with strategic oversight over the data and detection of infectious disease patterns and outbreaks.
After completing his MBA at Imperial College, Jonathan led an organizational transformation project designing and implementing the expansion of the London Health Protection Teams and Health Protection Service across London during the height of COVID. Serving as a Medical and Public Health expert, he has acted as a strategic advisor to local governments, community healthcare providers, and acute hospital trusts, helping lead several successful public health initiatives that have transformed local populations, communities and healthcare settings.
Jonathan provides expertise in public health impact, community building, healthcare, data and research. His passion lies in working towards innovative solutions that have a profound and positive impact on individuals and communities, promoting overall health, well-being, and happiness.
