For the ones who listen

Sometimes when you hear a song, it hits you differently. A note played, or a specific melody snaps you out of whatever you’re doing and makes you stop for a second to hear it again. To see if it does it again.

As I’m creating this page, this song did that for me. Especially at the one-minute mark when the saxophone comes on. It was also very coincidental that the title is ‘For the ones who listen’ as this is what so much of our studio is built upon.

Writing this makes me actually remember that we spend so much time wanting to take space, to jump to conclusions, to dive right into the solutions when really a lot of what is wrong with marketing is that businesses don’t stop and listen - to their teams, to their employees, and to their audience.

It’s nice for random moments, seemingly from nowhere, can pull you out and make you stop and reflect. It’s that tiny voice from the world telling you to pause, open your ears, and listen to what it has to say.
